Proposal: Reserved matters application pursuant to outline application 20/1001/MOUT seeking details of layout, appearance, scale and landscaping for a residential development of 40 apartments (Zone D).
RESOLVED: Approved as per officer recommendation but subject to the following two conditions in consultation with the Chair, Vice Chair and Ward Member: · The specification of the glazing for the three apartment blocks be agreed prior to its installation for all four storeys of the development facing the woods in order to protect the wildlife and living conditions of the residents in Clyst Valley Road; · The definitive height of the three apartment blocks to be made clear in relation to an identified datum point. |
