Update from the Development Manager

The Committee received and noted the Development Manager’s report setting out the appeals recently lodged and outlining the four decisions notified of which all had been allowed.

The Development Manager drew Members’ attention to the application of 18/1094/MOUT – Land East of Two Bridges, Two Bridges Road, Sidford and advised that although the Inspector acknowledged that there would be some disturbance from HGV’s generated by the proposal, the Inspector considered that the employment benefits outweighed any harm from increased HGV traffic.
