Members considered that the proposal was not in an isolated location and as such was in conformity with Policy 2 of the Lympstone Neighbourhood Plan. Given this, and in the absence of any other harm, the proposal was considered to be acceptable. Conditions delegated to the Development Manager in consultation with the Chair of Planning Committee and the Ward Member.
