Axminster Banners - a non-profit project led by the Chamber of Commerce and Totally Locally Axminster to paint and instal heraldic style banners/flags around Axminster to improve its appearance. The CoC or TLA could seek further funding for this project at any point. I am a volunteer assisting with graphic design.
