Sub Committee to determine any request for the Hearing to be held in private session.

To hold a hearing to consider an investigation report into the complaint about Councillor John Taylor, Honiton Town Council in accordance with the Council’s procedure which includes:

(a)  To determine findings of fact and to decide whether or not the Councillor has failed to follow the Code of Conduct.

(b)  To determine what sanction, if any, should be imposed.
